  • •All booking records and guest profiles
  • •Financial data and reports
  • •Staff accounts linked to your property
Deletion timeline
  • •Account access removed immediately
  • •Data deletion scheduled within 30 days
  • •Backups purged within 60 days
  • •Financial records retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
Before you delete
  • •Export your booking data from Settings → Export
  • •Download any PDF confirmations you need
  • •Cancel any active subscriptions
  • •Inform your staff about the closure
